Honestly I'thou starting to really dislike this company Ive bought multiple bottles from them and they keep opening and spilling out everywhere while I attempt to utilise them to drip into my vape. What a waste of money. Their aircraft is also annoying. It says creating label for days and and then never updates until its already delivered or you pay for 2 twenty-four hour period shipping even though information technology ends up arriving a full week belatedly. Taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible visitor
The absolute worst company I take ever washed business concern with. I waited at least a month on two carve up occasions for them to send their product subsequently collecting my money. I tried calling, sending emails and contacting the BBB. No response was ever given, nor do they care to even reply to their customers. Later on receiving my purchase a month after I won't fifty-fifty use it because I am afraid information technology was tampered with. All I wanted was for them to cancel my order and render my money, seems like a simple request right? Don't waste material your money or your fourth dimension. the definition of retar**d needs to be redefined into the description of white label juice co.
Vape mail ban not best-selling at all
Alright I used to really love this visitor simply that being said so much has changed. They take forever to ship your social club. It took over a month for me to receive 2 bottles of juice from them back in December. I want to remind everyone at that place is a federal vape mail service ban. Nigh other companies accept responded on their websites with how they plan on moving forward. White Label has non done this and as far as I can encounter are all the same accepting order on the very very very limited amount of juice they have in stock. Please save your money and social club somewhere else or visit a local store.

I've been a loyal customer since 2016. I even visited the business in Vista, in 2018. I was always satisfied with the level of service I received, simply lately, the quality of customer service has plummeted. My emails and phone calls go unanswered and the shipping has get slower and slower with every order I've fabricated inside the past year. What has happened to this once keen juice visitor? Advice makes a massive departure. Informing customers why orders are not being shipped on fourth dimension alleviates concerns that the customer isn't existence scammed out of their hard earned coin.
I made an social club on March 26 and on April 7th, it yet hadn't shipped, but on whitelabel's website, they said the order was "fulfilled", although it hadn't even shipped. Tracking supported the fact that it wasn't shipped. After finding the number to the possessor's personal jail cell phone and speaking with him, he shipped it out.

I've been ordering the lemon cheesecake for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed..until the three bottles I received yesterday..the juice is night orange and taste old and has a terrible odour when vaping..simply i btl has been opened..the juice gustation and smells only similar cigarette tobacco..terrible! Can I return for a refund?
They were really great at one....
They were actually groovy at i fourth dimension and would have been five stars. I was a long time customer and just bought their juice since 2013. Their product was skillful and the aircraft to lucifer. I don't know what happened, but Im sure the excuse is C0\/1D or Newsome. Still, you can't apply that alibi forever. Their shipping has been terrible and slow, if at all. And now their products has only dwindled down to zip. They have not restocked since December or given whatever updates. They could at least inform their loyal customers if they're even still in business organization, however, they have to still exist in business because I just received a package from them last week. Such a shame for a great brand. Come on White Characterization, give the states an update on your website!!.

I've been ordering juice from this company off of their site for years now. No bug and anytime I did take whatsoever issue like them sending the incorrect nic level they fixed it ASAP. That is until 2020 hit. I had one big order in the middle of 2020 that they insisted that they shipped and made me await about 2 weeks before finally sending my club out. Only my most recent guild placed Dec 1st had a shipping label made on Dec 7th and here I am Jan xiv. I accept sent the visitor multiple due east-mails trying to resolve the upshot and at present am in the procedure of trying to go my coin dorsum from CC company. Its a shame after having such steady and consistent business organisation with them that y'all merely get ghosted similar this. UPDATE: January 24th afterwards have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and have already received my money back my order came. no change to how white label dealt with the trouble they never responded dorsum to any of the emails or phone calls from me. My judge is that one time I filed a dispute with my credit card is when white label finally contacted the postal service part.
Ordered juice on december.7th and shipping…
Ordered juice on dec.seventh and shipping label was printed same twenty-four hours. Juice never shipped. It's been a month and all emails have been ignored. Sent messages via social media accounts and those remained unanswered as well. Filed complaint with BBB on Sunday requesting website be shut down. I want to know where my money has gone since juice never shipped and apparently I am one of many that this has happened to recently. Don't waste your coin on them. I've been ordering from them for v years and never had an issue that wasn't resolved speedily. Such a shame.

I used to dearest this comapny, but lately, they seem to take tanked. I ordered $99.98 worth of juice a month ago, and they sent me a shipping notification on the 7th of Dec. Hither it is the 4th of January, nonetheless no juice. The tracking number shows the order was never dropped off at the mail service office. I have emailed them iv times, and called them twice. Nobody answers either method of contact, nobody has called me dorsum or contacted me in any way. Apparently, I am now out $100, considering it's become apparent nobody at this visitor cares near client satisfaction. I am wondering if they are even shipping anything at all anymore. Very sad, because it was once an outstanding company to buy from. Now..save your money, and become elsewhere.

It is sad because I really enjoyed their Juice simply they seem to non exist the same company they once were where they employ to show care. I practise not recommend them anyone. No shipment or responses for iv weeks
I requite 2 stars due to good by experience. Current feel is dissimilar. Placed order 4 weeks ago, and it hasn't shipped. I take gotten no responses from contacting the company. Not sure they're still in business.
Do non identify your order from now on
Do not place your lodge from now on, discover a different website. I ordered 2 bottles on ten/11 and haven't received any information about the shipment. I tried to contact them via mail, website, and Facebook but no one replied. I guess this volition end my journey with White Label later years.

Bundle arrived with broken bottles, three days later, white label juice company all the same has non even responded to my inquiry. I would not spend coin here. At that place are too many e juice places to have to deal with this nonsense. Proficient riddance.

FYI, I had to give one star in order to write a review. 0n 9/23 I ordered 2 bottles of juice. A week after, got an email well-nigh policy updates get-go 10/5 that seemingly will delay shipment until subsequently 10/12. They've sent me the incorrect products on more ane occasion, and lately they've been ghosting my emails and just not responding after messing up a fairly large society! I will be getting my juice elsewhere from now on.
All-time dessert juice EVER
Best dessert juice EVER! I hope they stick around for a long time. I take a wide recommendation of flavors: custardscotch, caramel cheesecake, caramel custard and butterscotch caramel cake. Vanilla custard and strawberry custard are amazing too. I like that they have a package deal for them. I had a sample of Tigersblood and it was pretty bang-up. For my next social club, I'k going to step out of my comfort zone and order Tigers Blood and Peaches and Cream.
They have a generous reward program offering points for when you buy products. You tin can earn up to $xx your purchase and I'thou certain you can save up more than. They often have bundles, for example they had purchase iii for 2 during the summer.
I like that they take complimentary shipping. I dislike that they practise not have a military discount. I also dislike that they are very hard to become ahold of via phone & electronic mail. I understand that they take a staffing problem, however I am sure they can hire someone as a secretary to accept care of calls and customer service. It is the biggest complaint I have seen on here, and it is the biggest problem I have for myself. Luckily I alive nearby so I just bulldoze down to headquarters and handle whatsoever effect I accept myself.
